Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the bro126 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times:

Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming features on bro126, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply:

bro126 may require you to complete the KYC identity verification process before processing your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposit or withdrawal activity exceeds specified thresholds, or at any time our compliance team determines a review is warranted. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in our request will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) business hours during operational hours (00:00–24:00 WIB). You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. bro126 will not process withdrawals to a bank account or e-wallet that does not match the name on your registered bro126 Account. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

bro126 applies AML controls to all financial transactions. We are required to report transactions that meet the criteria for suspicious activity under our international licensing obligations. By depositing funds on bro126, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. bro126 reserves the right to freeze an Account and withhold funds pending investigation where AML or fraud concerns arise.

Bonuses & Promotions

bro126 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum cashout limits. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. bro126 reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from individual promotions based on account history, risk profile, or previous bonus utilization patterns. Eligibility decisions are made at bro126's sole discretion and are not subject to appeal. Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi — are subject to their own specific promotional terms published at the time of each campaign.

Bonus funds that are not utilized within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Account balance without compensation. It is your responsibility to track bonus validity periods. bro126 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on bro126 are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the bro126 Sports Rules section. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the bro126 Rules shall take precedence. bro126 covers a wide range of markets including Asian Handicap (locally referred to as voor bola, meaning the handicap-adjusted football betting format common in Indonesia), Over/Under, 1X2, and mix parlay (accumulator) markets across BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and the FIFA World Cup, among others.

Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are set by bro126 and may differ by sport, market, event, and account tier. bro126 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific accounts without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a conclusive result; the bet was placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error; the event result is subsequently overturned by the relevant governing body; or a technical error caused the bet to be incorrectly recorded. Void bets will have the original stake returned to your Account balance.

bro126 reserves the right to void and reprocess bets placed on odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds that were published significantly below or above the true market price due to a data feed error, operator error, or technical malfunction. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. bro126 will notify affected users via their registered email address where manifest error voids are applied.

KYC & Identity Verification

Suspension & Termination

Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.
